Rahul understands that the journey to better mental health is different for everyone. As such, he takes a collaborative approach, aiming to learn about each person’s situation before applying evidence-based techniques to manage their difficulties, and finding their strengths. He commonly uses therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to do this.

He also has a keen interest in sports, particularly soccer, and enjoys applying psychological techniques to help improve performance. Having lived in five different countries, Rahul brings a strong understanding of various cultural differences into his practice.
